Platform Role

SendMeGifts.org is a product sponsorship and fulfillment coordination platform.

The platform allows private sponsors to support approved requests for physical products connected to real projects.

SendMeGifts coordinates request review, payment handling, procurement, merchant coordination, fulfillment support, refund handling and operational support.

SendMeGifts does not operate as:

• a cash donation platform
• an investment platform
• a securities platform
• a lending platform
• a crowdfunding investment platform
• a money transfer service between private individuals
• a provider of financial returns
• a political fundraising platform.

Beneficiaries do not receive unrestricted cash through the platform. Support is linked to approved product requests.

Operating Company

SendMeGifts.org may operate as a brand, platform or product line of Prime Selection Procurement.

Prime Selection Procurement is responsible for the operation of the platform, including request review, payment coordination, procurement operations, merchant coordination, fulfillment support, support management, refund handling and internal recordkeeping.

References to “SendMeGifts”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the operator of the platform.

Main User Roles

The platform may involve the following user roles.

A user may act in more than one role depending on the service used.

Product Sponsorship, Not Cash Donation

SendMeGifts is based on product sponsorship.

Sponsors support approved product requests. They do not send unrestricted cash directly to requesters or beneficiaries.

Sponsor payments are linked to specific approved requests and are used to purchase, coordinate or facilitate the fulfillment of approved products.

The beneficiary receives the product, or support connected to receiving the product, not an unrestricted cash payout.

No Investment or Financial Return

SendMeGifts does not provide investment opportunities.

Sponsors do not receive:

• equity
• shares
• profit participation
• revenue share
• interest
• financial yield
• tokens
• securities
• ownership rights
• repayment rights as lenders
• any financial return from the requester, beneficiary or project.

Some sponsors may support early-stage projects or promising ideas, but such support is product-based sponsorship only.

SendMeGifts may attract sponsors with an angel-supporter mindset, but it is not an angel investment platform.

Account and Eligibility

Users may be required to create an account or verify access through a supported login method before submitting requests, sponsoring requests, sending direct products, receiving updates or accessing certain platform features.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

You may not use the platform if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, payment provider rules, sanctions restrictions or platform policy.

SendMeGifts may refuse, suspend or terminate access where required for legal, operational, risk or policy reasons.

Request Submission

A requester may submit a product request through the platform.

The requester may be required to provide:

• product link
• product description
• checkout screenshot or price evidence
• project description
• intended use of the product
• category
• country or region
• shipping or fulfillment information
• public proof links, where applicable
• requester commitment contribution, where applicable
• any other information required for review.

The requester is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is truthful, accurate and not misleading.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, publication, sponsorship, purchase, delivery or fulfillment.

Request Review and Approval Flow

Requests are not published automatically.

Each submitted request follows a review and approval flow:

1. Request submitted.
2. SendMeGifts reviews the product and project context.
3. SendMeGifts may request changes or additional information.
4. If approved, the request may be published to compatible sponsor boards.
5. Sponsors may sponsor the request privately.
6. SendMeGifts coordinates fulfillment after sponsorship and operational validation.

SendMeGifts may review the requested product, project description, intended use, category, merchant, destination country, fulfillment feasibility, risk profile and platform policy compatibility.

SendMeGifts may approve, reject, suspend, remove, request changes or require manual review for any request at its discretion.

Approval does not guarantee sponsorship, purchase, delivery or project success.

Compatible Sponsor Boards

Approved requests may be published to one or more compatible sponsor boards.

Compatibility may depend on:

• request category
• product type
• project context
• country or region
• risk profile
• sponsor preferences
• sponsor rules
• approved contribution range
• merchant availability
• fulfillment feasibility
• platform policy.

Publication to a sponsor board does not guarantee that the request will be sponsored.

SendMeGifts may decide where, when and whether an approved request is shown to sponsors.

Requester Commitment Contribution

SendMeGifts may require a requester to make a commitment contribution when submitting a request.

The requester commitment contribution is intended to:

• confirm genuine intent
• reduce fake or unserious requests
• discourage spam
• increase sponsor confidence
• support an internal reimbursement mechanism after fulfillment.

The requester commitment contribution is linked to the specific product request.

It is not:

• an investment
• a cash payout
• a payment for guaranteed visibility
• a guarantee that the request will be approved
• a guarantee that the product will be sponsored
• a guarantee that the product will be delivered.

If a request is rejected, cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, the requester commitment contribution may be refunded, retained for applicable costs, or handled according to the applicable refund and failure policy.

Sponsor Payments

A sponsor may choose to support an approved request.

When sponsoring a request, the sponsor may pay the full operational amount required for purchase and fulfillment.

The sponsor payment may include:

• product cost
• taxes
• shipping
• import duties
• customs
• forwarding costs
• payment processing costs
• crypto settlement costs, where applicable
• SendMeGifts service fee
• other fulfillment-related costs disclosed during the process.

Sponsor payments are not unrestricted transfers to the requester or beneficiary.

They are linked to a specific request and used to purchase, coordinate or facilitate fulfillment of the approved product.

Why Sponsors May Pay the Full Operational Amount

SendMeGifts may require the sponsor to pay the full operational purchase amount, even if the requester has already made a commitment contribution.

This is because product prices, taxes, shipping costs, import costs, merchant availability and fulfillment options may change over time.

In future multi-merchant flows, sponsors may also be able to choose which supported merchant is used. Different merchants may offer different prices, conditions or delivery options.

For this reason, SendMeGifts works with contribution ranges rather than mathematically exact percentages.

After successful fulfillment, the requester commitment contribution may be used to partially reimburse the sponsor according to the approved contribution range and the applicable policy.

Sponsor Reimbursement

Where applicable, SendMeGifts may use the requester commitment contribution to partially reimburse the sponsor after fulfillment has been successfully completed.

The reimbursement amount may depend on:

• the approved contribution range
• actual fulfillment outcome
• final product cost
• platform policy
• payment provider constraints
• refund or settlement limitations
• operational costs already incurred.

Sponsor reimbursement is not a financial return, investment yield or profit.

It is a partial reimbursement mechanism linked to the requester’s contribution and the completed product fulfillment process.

Service Fee

SendMeGifts charges a transparent service fee.

The current expected service fee is 13%.

The service fee covers:

• request review
• fraud and abuse prevention
• payment handling
• crypto settlement, where applicable
• payment reconciliation
• merchant coordination
• procurement operations
• fulfillment coordination
• shipping, tracking and support management
• refund and failed-case handling
• operational support
• platform maintenance
• business sustainability.

The service fee is not a deduction from an unrestricted cash donation. It is the price of the operational service provided by SendMeGifts.

Service fees may be non-refundable where work, review, payment processing, procurement, fulfillment or operational handling has already occurred, subject to the applicable refund policy and mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

Send Direct

SendMeGifts may allow users to send a product directly to someone they already know.

The Send Direct flow does not create a public request and does not involve sponsor matching.

The sender is responsible for providing accurate product and delivery information.

SendMeGifts may refuse, suspend or cancel a Send Direct order if the product, recipient, merchant, country, payment or fulfillment conditions are not compatible with platform policy, provider rules or applicable law.

Fulfillment

SendMeGifts may coordinate fulfillment through different models.

SendMeGifts does not guarantee that every approved request can be fulfilled in all countries, with all merchants or at all times.

Merchant Review and Order Acceptance

SendMeGifts may place product orders with supported merchants in order to fulfill approved product sponsorship requests.

Merchants may apply their own order review, payment review, account review, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, fraud prevention controls or internal policies.

Approval of a product request by SendMeGifts does not guarantee that a merchant will accept, approve or complete the order.

If a merchant does not approve, accept or complete an order, SendMeGifts may review the case and propose an alternative merchant, an alternative product, a manual fulfillment path, cancellation or refund according to the applicable policy.

Merchant acceptance of an order does not imply endorsement of the requester, beneficiary, sponsor or project.

SendMeGifts remains responsible for reviewing the project context and product request. Merchants are not asked to approve, endorse or evaluate the underlying project unless expressly required by merchant policy.

Merchant Awareness

Where appropriate, SendMeGifts may inform supported merchants, business account providers or procurement partners that Prime Selection Procurement places business procurement orders to fulfill internally reviewed product sponsorship requests through SendMeGifts.

Orders placed by Prime Selection Procurement may be business procurement orders used to fulfill approved product requests.

SendMeGifts does not require merchants to evaluate the social, personal, civic, educational or humanitarian purpose of each project unless the merchant’s own policy requires such review.

SendMeGifts may provide business-use clarification to merchants or account providers in order to reduce misunderstanding, prevent account review issues and support transparent procurement activity.

Product Availability and Price Changes

Product prices, availability, taxes, shipping costs and fulfillment conditions may change.

A product that was available when the request was submitted may become unavailable later.

A product price may increase before purchase.

A merchant may reject, cancel or refuse to approve an order.

Shipping may become unavailable or impractical.

Customs or import issues may arise.

SendMeGifts may cancel, pause, modify or manually review a request or order if fulfillment conditions change.

Where appropriate, SendMeGifts may ask the requester or sponsor to approve an alternative product, merchant or fulfillment option.

Refunds and Failed Fulfillment

Not all products can be purchased or delivered successfully.

Fulfillment may fail due to:

• product unavailability
• price changes
• merchant rejection
• merchant cancellation
• merchant order review
• payment failure
• shipping failure
• customs or import issues
• provider error
• platform risk review
• policy violation
• inaccurate user information
• legal or sanctions concerns
• force majeure or events outside SendMeGifts’ control.

If fulfillment fails, SendMeGifts may apply one or more of the following:

• refund the sponsor
• cancel the sponsorship
• request approval for an alternative product
• place the case under manual review
• refund or return the requester commitment contribution according to policy
• deduct non-refundable provider, payment or operational costs where permitted
• provide support communication about the case.

Specific refund rules may be described in a separate Refund and Failure Policy.

Sponsor Privacy

Sponsors may choose to remain publicly anonymous.

A sponsor may appear publicly as:

Anonymous Sponsor

or with a chosen display name.

Sponsor privacy applies toward the beneficiary, other users and the public.

Sponsor privacy does not mean absence of internal accountability.

SendMeGifts and its payment providers may maintain records required for:

• fraud prevention
• payment reconciliation
• refund handling
• support
• audit trail
• abuse prevention
• legal or provider compliance.

The guiding principle is:

Privacy toward the outside world. Operational traceability inside the platform.

Sensitive Projects and Conflict-Affected Areas

SendMeGifts may support approved product requests connected to sensitive contexts, including:

• independent journalism
• civil society projects
• digital rights projects
• human rights projects
• activists in politically sensitive areas
• personal or community projects in conflict-affected regions
• approved projects in Ukraine or other war-affected areas.

Such requests may require additional review, limitations or manual approval.

SendMeGifts does not support:

• political financing
• military activities
• weapons
• military equipment
• sanctioned parties
• terrorist organizations
• illegal activity.

Support must remain connected to approved products and purposes compatible with platform policy.

Crypto Payments

SendMeGifts may support crypto payments through third-party payment providers.

Crypto payments may be used to facilitate international payments and protect the sponsor’s public privacy.

Crypto payments are not presented as anonymous, unregulated or free from controls.

All crypto payments are subject to:

• provider rules
• platform policy
• fraud prevention checks
• refund and settlement limitations
• applicable legal or compliance requirements.

SendMeGifts may reject, suspend or manually review crypto payments where required.

Prohibited Products and Activities

You may not use SendMeGifts for:

• unrestricted cash transfers
• private money transfers between individuals
• cash donation schemes
• investment schemes
• equity investment
• profit sharing
• securities
• loans
• token offerings
• political fundraising
• weapons
• military equipment
• illegal goods
• restricted goods
• sanctioned parties
• terrorist organizations
• fraudulent requests
• resale-driven requests
• high-risk products without review
• false identity or misleading project claims
• harassment, exploitation or abuse
• any activity prohibited by law, platform policy or payment provider rules.

SendMeGifts may reject or remove any request, payment, user or order that violates these rules or creates unacceptable risk.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information
• not submit false or misleading requests
• not use the platform for prohibited activities
• not attempt to bypass review or risk controls
• not misuse sponsor privacy
• not impersonate another person or project
• not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• cooperate with reasonable information requests
• comply with platform policies and applicable law.

Requesters must ensure that the product requested is genuinely connected to the stated project.

Sponsors must understand that sponsorship is not an investment and does not create financial return rights.

Platform Rights

SendMeGifts may:

• approve or reject requests
• request additional information
• remove or suspend requests
• pause or cancel fulfillment
• reject payments
• issue refunds according to policy
• suspend or terminate accounts
• restrict access to sensitive features
• block prohibited products
• apply manual review
• modify workflows for risk, compliance or operational reasons.

SendMeGifts may take these actions where necessary to protect users, sponsors, requesters, beneficiaries, the platform, payment providers, merchants or legal compliance.

Third-Party Providers

SendMeGifts may rely on third-party providers for:

• payments
• crypto payment processing
• merchant ordering
• shipping
• fulfillment
• identity or account verification
• email or communication services
• hosting and infrastructure
• analytics or fraud prevention.

Use of the platform may be subject to third-party provider rules, limitations, outages, fees and processing times.

SendMeGifts is not responsible for failures caused solely by third-party providers, merchants, carriers or events outside its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to manage failed cases according to its policies.

Impact Updates and Media Consent

Beneficiaries may be invited to provide impact updates after delivery.

Impact updates may include:

• photos
• thank-you messages
• videos
• project progress updates
• proof of product use.

Public publication of photos, videos or personal stories requires appropriate consent.

SendMeGifts may refuse to publish content that is unsafe, exploitative, misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with platform values.

No Guarantee of Outcome

SendMeGifts does not guarantee that:

• a request will be approved
• a request will be sponsored
• a product will remain available
• a merchant will accept, approve or complete an order
• a product will be delivered in all countries
• a project will succeed
• a sponsor will receive updates beyond what is operationally available
• a requester will receive the requested product if fulfillment becomes impossible.

The platform provides review, coordination and fulfillment support, not a guarantee of project success.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SendMeGifts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

SendMeGifts is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user information, merchant rejection, merchant cancellation, carrier failure, customs issues, product unavailable, payment provider failure, crypto network conditions, force majeure events or prohibited user conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to the Service

SendMeGifts may modify, suspend or discontinue features, flows, policies, supported merchants, payment methods or fulfillment options at any time for operational, legal, risk, provider or business reasons.

Where appropriate, SendMeGifts may notify users of material changes.

Changes to These Terms

SendMeGifts may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the platform with a new version date.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective means acceptance of the updated Terms.
