The sponsor pays the full operational purchase amount because product price, tax, shipping and merchant availability can change.

A requester commitment contribution may be used to partially reimburse the sponsor after successful fulfillment, according to the approved range and policy. If merchant limitations make physical delivery of the approved product impossible, SendMeGifts may instead arrange delivery of a physical gift card to the recipient’s residential address, subject to review and applicable policy.
How the company earns money
A service fee for operational work—not a donation deduction.
SendMeGifts earns revenue through a transparent 13% service fee. The fee pays for the work required to move a request safely from review to delivery.

Who takes part
Three participants. Clearly separated roles.
The person or project
Requester
Provides the product link, project story, intended use and fulfillment details. A commitment contribution may be required to demonstrate genuine intent.
The person providing support
Sponsor
Funds a concrete product request. Sponsorship provides no equity, yield, securities, ownership rights or investment return.
The operational coordinator
SendMeGifts
Reviews requests, coordinates payments and merchants, maintains records, manages fulfillment and handles support or refunds.
Policy and risk controls
Support is useful only when it is controlled.
Requests are not published automatically. SendMeGifts can approve, reject, request changes or place a case into manual review.

A sponsor may appear publicly as anonymous or use a chosen display name. SendMeGifts and its payment providers still maintain the records needed for fraud prevention, reconciliation, refunds, support and compliance.

Built for traceability when things go right—and when they do not.
Controlled fulfillment
Direct merchant delivery, company relay fulfillment or reviewed local fulfillment where suitable.
Refund and failure handling
Unfulfillable cases can be refunded, cancelled, replaced with approval or moved into manual review.
Operational records
Request, payment, merchant order, fulfillment, refund and support events remain connected in an audit trail.
